When you opt-in to Vendor-Managed Inventory, we’ll first ask you for a manufacturing forecast. How many parts do you need? How frequently do you need them?  

Next, we’ll generate your PO and proactively build work orders to accommodate your forecast. By pre-scheduling CNC machining services for your custom Kanban VMI, we ensure that you’ll always have the parts you need precisely when you need them.

Easy accessibility

Some job shops store their customers’ inventory on-site, but our customers prefer to have their parts on hand and easily accessible. That’s why we send your parts directly to you as soon as they’re complete. You’ll never need to contact us for more parts. They’ll simply be there, ready for you when you need them.

Cash flow conscious

One of the benefits of Vendor Managed Inventory is that we designed the program with your cash flow in mind. 

For example, if your VMI agreement calls for 150 parts, but you only pull 10-15 parts from your inventory each month, we’ll arrange for pre-scheduled payments that reflect your actual usage.
