Conflict Minerals Sourcing Policy

MOSEYS RULES BASED ON CONFLICT MINERALS SOURCING POLICY

Moseys Production Machinists Inc. (MPM) is aware of Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act in which conflict minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) are sometimes mined and sold, under the control of armed groups to presumably finance conflict characterized by extreme levels of violence.

As part of MPM’s commitment to corporate responsibility and respecting human rights in our own operations and in our supply chain, it is MPM’s policy and goal to use tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold as specified by our customers for their products that do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the DRC or adjoining countries.

MPM supports this initiative and has either obtained, or can obtain, information from our current metal suppliers concerning the origin of the metals that are used in the manufacture of MPM’s products. Based upon information provided by our suppliers, MPM does not knowingly use metals derived from the Conflict Region in our products.

MPM expects our suppliers to have in place policies and due diligence measures that will enable us to reasonably assure that products and components supplied to us containing conflict minerals are DRC conflict free.

Furthermore MPM also expects our suppliers to comply with the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) Code of Conduct and conduct their business in alignment with MPM’s supply chain responsibility expectations.
