MPM

of the industry, extensive experience,
and unique administrative skills. The company's
management team consists of people with
broad backgrounds in manufacturing, quality,
and finance. The management staff includes Mr. Robert Mosey,

 |
| Robert
(Bob) Mosey, CEO/President |
 |
| Bob
joined MPM in 1976, shortly after
completing his military duty in
the Air Force where he was trained
as an auto mechanic. |
|
Using
his mechanical skills, he brought
value to the company with welding,
fabrication, machine repair, and
a hands-on approach to getting the
job
done. Bob was appointed into his
current position as president of
MPM in 1986,
after his father, Fred Mosey, became
ill. Bob has risen to the challenge
by continuously seeking education
and experience to lead MPM to where
it
is today. Through two major expansions,
additional staffs, and numerous capital
investments, MPM, under Bob’s
leadership, is operating with a corporate
professional structure, yet maintaining
the internal family relationships
and commitment to strong ethical
values.

|
| Sheila
Mosey, CFO |
 |
| Sheila
has been with MPM from its
inception in 1975, starting
part-time in the evenings and
weekends. |
|
Sheila
quickly proved herself to be an
asset to MPM and
became a full time employee. Although her
titles were bookkeeper and office
manager, her contribution to the daily operation far exceeded those titles
and duties. Sheila has seen the best of times and the worst of times at MPM.
Through it all, she maintained her support and continually nurtured the business
to its current successful status. Due to her health, Sheila is now semi-retired,
although she continues to be active in guiding and leading MPM, playing a strong
role in the major business decisions.

|
| Nicholas
Teel, CPA, Controller |
 |
| Nick
started serving at MPM in 1983,
as the company’s CPA.
With the company’s growth
and Sheila’s decreased
hours because of illness, MPM
decided to bring Nick on full
time as Controller in 2001. |
|
Nick
also acts as the company’s
Human Resource director, in addition
to his other responsibilities,
bringing the company into compliance
in many areas. Nick’s thorough
analysis of
the company’s financial data allows the management team to make more informed
decisions concerning their capital investments and other financial decisions.
With Nick on board, operational and financial decisions are made with confidence.
Bob’s strategic plans for the company is carefully measured and monitored
by Nick to ensure financial success for MPM.

|
| Jon
Elgas, Vice President of Operations |
 |
| Jon
Elgas, MPM’s current
Vice President of Operations,
has been with the company since
1979. |
|
Jon
has held just about every position
the company
has, gaining
the hands on experience needed to excel in his current position. Jon uses his
leadership skills to direct and his understanding of the various positions to
guide his staff to efficiently and accurately produce quality parts on time.
Under his supervision, the company operates smoothly and calmly, even during
the highest pressure during peek seasons. Jon stays active with APICS and the
National Tool and Machining Association to be current and ahead of the manufacturing
trends, to ensure the MPM remains competitive in the industry.

|
| Bob Farrell , General Manager - Oroville Facility |
 |
| Bob joined MPM in August of 2005 as part of the Oroville Transition Team. |
|

Continuing in this position with MPM, Bob will insure Oroville’s continued success. Under his leadership, the business will focus on providing manufacturing solutions to meet our customer expectations.
